Artist Commons

Artist Commons is a year-long online development program for early- and mid-career visual artists seeking to deepen their practice and build a sustainable career in art. The program pairs artists with a small cohort and a mentor for weekly feedback sessions, one-on-one meetings, and portfolio reviews across four ten-week quarters. Participants also attend weekly lectures, panel discussions, and visiting artist presentations covering craft, art history, the business of art, and audience development. Artists from 16 countries and a wide range of disciplines participate, from painting and sculpture to digital, video, installation, and interdisciplinary practices.
