Arts Midwest

Arts Midwest is a regional arts organization working to strengthen and amplify creativity across nine Midwestern states. It supports individual artists and creative organizations through grantmaking initiatives, awards, and community programming, and maintains a directory of funders alongside a curated list of open grant opportunities for the region. The organization publishes research and data on the impact of arts participation, produces guides and webinars to help small arts organizations build capacity, and administers recognitions such as the Peter Capell Award for Midwestern Creativity & Entrepreneurship. Arts Midwest partners with the National Endowment for the Arts to serve creative communities throughout the Midwest.
