Calgary Stampede

The Calgary Stampede is a not-for-profit community organization that preserves and celebrates western heritage, culture and community spirit. It operates Stampede Park, a year-round gathering place that hosts millions of guests each year at its venues and outdoor spaces, including the BMO Centre for consumer and trade shows, special events, meetings and conventions. Through Sam Centre, it offers year-round experiences such as the behind-the-scenes tour BTS: Behind the Stampede, sharing the stories and traditions of the Calgary Stampede. It also commissions an annual Stampede poster from an emerging artist.
