Carmel International Arts Festival

The Carmel International Arts Festival is an annual juried outdoor art festival held in Carmel, Indiana, in the heart of the Arts & Design District. Now in its 29th year, the festival takes place each September at the intersection of Main Street and Rangeline Road, drawing approximately 24,000 visitors. The event provides artists with a platform to exhibit and sell original work across a wide range of disciplines, while offering the public free admission to engage with art, meet artists, and enjoy live entertainment. The festival awards $7,000 in total prize money and offers award winners a jury-exempt invitation to the following year's show.
