The City of Frisco Public Art Program issues Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for public art opportunities within the city. Opportunities are open to all artists, and the City does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, national origin, or disability. Qualifications from city employees or their relatives, and from members of the Artist Selection Committee or Public Art Board or their relatives, are not considered. Questions go to the Public Art Administrator.
