The Clare County Arts Council works to encourage and support the arts in Clare County, Michigan. It sponsors exhibitions, demonstrations and forums, and produces theatrical and musical performances.
The council advances arts education by offering classes for youth and adults, with topics such as painting, jewelry and holiday centerpieces. It also runs garden tours, quilt tours and craft shows throughout the year. Through its outdoor sculpture walk, it places artists' work in public spaces across the county, and it raises funds and public support for local artists and art projects.
