The COMEL Award (Premio COMEL Vanna Migliorin) is an international competition that promotes the use of aluminium in contemporary artistic practice. Each year, the award selects 13 finalist works that are exhibited at Spazio COMEL Arte Contemporanea in Latina, Italy. The competition is open to adult artists living or working in European countries and accepts works in painting, sculpture, design, photography, and installation that use aluminium as a fundamental material. Now in its 13th edition, the award fosters dialogue between enterprise and contemporary art while promoting cultural exchange across European countries.
