Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County

About

The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County is a Local Arts Agency that supports the arts through leadership, advocacy, funding, programs and education. Founded in 1993 as a 501(c)(3), it was established to provide grants and scholarships that support artistic growth and education. Its mission is to foster creativity in Walton County through the inclusive and collaborative advancement of the arts. Over three decades it has grown to offer artist calls, online learning, local events and classes, and public art projects, including sculptures commissioned for the Underwater Museum of Art. Its programs also include arts education, healing arts, pottery, a prison art program, visual arts, storytelling and signature events. It is supported by memberships and donations.
