Business coaching, courses and publishing to help artists grow their art careers.
The Curator's Salon is a business-development platform for visual artists, offering coaching, courses and resources to help them build sustainable art careers. Its programs include bespoke one-on-one coaching, self-paced online courses, and free guides such as an artist statement template and a gallery-agreement contract template. The organization also publishes Art Seen, a quarterly contemporary art magazine open to artist submissions, and produces a podcast featuring artists, curators and arts professionals. It is led by Gita Joshi, author of Framing the Invisible, who also writes about the business of being a professional artist.
