The Dahl Arts Center is a community arts center in downtown Rapid City, South Dakota, with free admission to its galleries. It is managed by the Rapid City Arts Council, which partnered with the city in 1974 to run the center and expand arts and cultural resources. The center presents exhibitions, including a permanent collection, emerging artist shows and open calls for art, as well as performances and an artists' market. It also offers educational classes and camps for youth and adults, including pottery and open art studios, and rents its event space. Its work is supported by individual donors, memberships and arts foundations and agencies.
