d'Art Center

d'Art Center is a non-profit community art center located in Norfolk's NEON District in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Founded in 1986, it offers free and accessible visual arts programs, presenting nationally curated exhibitions alongside youth and adult classes, summer camps, and public programs. The center is home to more than 30 in-house artists whose work is on display and for sale, and it hosts nine national exhibitions that draw thousands of submissions annually. Its mission is to make the visual arts welcoming and accessible to all, serving as a gathering place for the community to create, learn, and be inspired.
