Delaware's state agency supporting artists and arts organizations through grants and programs.
The Delaware Division of the Arts is Delaware's cultural connector, cultivating creativity through grants, programs, and partnerships. It unites artists, organizations, schools, and communities statewide, opening equitable access to the arts and transforming creative energy into economic growth and social well-being. The Division operates the Mezzanine Gallery, administers the Delaware Artist Roster, and supports programs such as Poetry Out Loud and Individual Artist Fellowships. Its grants are funded by the Delaware General Assembly and the National Endowment for the Arts.
