Des Moines Arts Festival

Des Moines Arts Festival is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to impact lives through the arts. Each year it transforms downtown Des Moines into an outdoor urban gallery, bringing together top artists from across the nation alongside live music and film programming. The festival has received the Grand Pinnacle Award from the International Festivals and Events Association multiple times and draws over 150,000 visitors annually. Beyond the annual festival, the organization supports community initiatives such as youth mural projects and arts education partnerships with local schools.
