Embracing Our Differences

Embracing Our Differences is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting kindness, respect, and inclusion through art and education. Each year, the organization hosts an international juried competition inviting artists and writers to submit visual art and quotations that celebrate individuality and human diversity. Its annual exhibition reaches audiences locally and around the world, paired with public quotations to amplify diverse voices. Since 2004, the organization's education initiatives have reached more than 693,000 students through in-person and virtual field trips, workshops, and digital resources for educators.
