The Factory

The Factory on Willow is a mixed-use residential and commercial property in a converted 1904 mill building in Manchester, New Hampshire. It houses over 60 studio loft apartments, short-term Airbnb rentals, an event venue, a food truck patio, a distillery and a local game shop. The property also runs an artist-in-residence program hosting six visiting artists each year. It was founded in 2021 by Elizabeth Hitchcock as a live/work community for creators, innovators and entrepreneurs.
