Feierwerk is a nonprofit association in Munich dedicated to young art, music and culture. It runs several concert venues, including the Kranhalle, Hansa 39 and Orangehouse, and hosts the Farbenladen exhibition space for visual art. It also operates youth and family facilities such as the Funkstation, Südpolstation and Boom, which offer workshops for children and teenagers in areas like pottery and photography. Radio Feierwerk produces programs and podcasts for children, teenagers and young adults. The Fachstelle Pop advises and supports Munich's pop music scene and runs the Munich Music Booster program. Feierwerk is funded mainly through grants, donations and event revenue, and it has a supporting association.
