Foundation House

Foundation House is a creative, philanthropic community based on a historic 1925 estate in back country Greenwich, Connecticut. Spread across a grand manor house, old stables, greenhouses and outbuildings, it serves as a local resource for convenings, workshops, lectures and events focused on environmental, community and mental health topics. The organization runs a seasonal Artist and Activist Residency program that hosts painters, sculptors, writers, designers and other creatives working on mission-aligned projects. Foundation House also keeps its wooded trails open to the public year-round and welcomes outside groups for mission-aligned gatherings on its grounds.
