gallery b.

gallery b is a small, carefully curated contemporary art gallery in the village of Castine on the coast of Maine. It exhibits fine artwork by over 70 artists, from established international names to emerging local artists, in rotating exhibitions, and also makes artist-made and artist-designed items. The gallery offers art consultation and specialty services such as collection advising, sourcing, installation, shipping, framing advice and project management. It is run by artists and women, and works for the benefit of artists and the local community on the Blue Hill Peninsula. In partnership with Annex Arts Artist Residency Program, it sponsors visiting artists, funded by proceeds from events such as its annual Small Works Show.
