Greater Denton Arts Council

The Greater Denton Arts Council (GDAC) is a nonprofit arts organization based in Denton, Texas, serving as a catalyst for creativity, advocacy, and collaboration in the local arts community. It operates out of the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center (PAAC), which houses three galleries — Festival Hall, Meadows, and Gough — hosting rotating contemporary art exhibitions from local, national, and international artists. GDAC offers educational programs, workshops, open studio hours, and a multi-purpose venue available for rent, along with community events such as open mic nights and performance art.
