Inocho-Paper Museum

The Tosa Washi Internationalization Executive Committee organizes the Kochi International Print Triennial, a triennial exhibition held in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. Founded in 1990 to promote the mutual development of Tosa washi (traditional handmade paper) culture and printmaking, the exhibition is open to artists worldwide and requires entries to be made on paper. Over more than a decade of editions, it has drawn tens of thousands of works from artists in dozens of countries. The committee is based at the Ino-cho Paper Museum in Kochi Prefecture.
