The King Heritage & Cultural Centre (KHCC) sits on the Oak Ridges Moraine in King Township, just north of Toronto. It is home to the King Township Historical Society, the Township of King's museum and archival collections, and a long-term museum exhibition. The Centre holds over 8,000 artifacts and an extensive archive, and hosts rotating heritage exhibits, art displays from Arts Society King, and installations from partner organizations. Its site includes four historic buildings, among them the original S.S. #23 Kinghorn Schoolhouse, the King Christian Church, Laskay Hall and the King Railway Station, set on over an acre of parkland.
