The Little Flower Neighborhood Association serves Little Flower, a walkable neighborhood at the edge of Indianapolis's Near Eastside. It is dedicated to making the neighborhood a more livable place and improving the quality of life of its members. The association is a member of NESCO.
It connects residents through events, a blog and a membership program, and raises support through a merchandise store. It also leads the 10th St. Emerging Cultural District project.
