The Loppet Foundation

The Loppet Foundation connects people to the outdoors through experiences that grow community, centered on Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis. The organization runs year-round programming including Nordic skiing, trail running, mountain biking, and youth adventure programs such as Junior Loppet and Trail Kids. It also maintains trails and natural habitat in the park, and operates The Trailhead as a hub for outdoor recreation. Guided by values of inclusion, stewardship, and anti-racism, the Loppet works to make outdoor access equitable for its community.
