M16 Artspace

Founded in 1985, M16 Artspace is an inclusive organisation supporting emerging and established artists, writers and curators of any age, background or culture. It presents high-quality exhibitions by artists and curators from Canberra, interstate and overseas, and is partially supported by the ACT Government for its gallery program. The organisation runs three gallery spaces, manages 31 artist studios and houses five arts organisations that offer art classes. Its exhibition blocks cycle every four weeks. It also runs an annual drawing prize and public programs such as artist talks and demonstrations.
