Marquez Art Projects

Marquez Art Projects (MAP) is a non-profit foundation located in the Allapattah neighborhood of Miami, dedicated to championing emerging visual artists. Founded by John Marquez, a lifelong Miami resident and avid contemporary art collector, MAP hosts exhibitions, supports the creation of new work, and connects artists with wide and diverse audiences. The foundation showcases highlights from Marquez's collection of over 1,000 works by diverse global artists, with a particular focus on emerging and Miami-based talents. MAP also makes major philanthropic gifts in the categories of arts and health, and its founder serves as a Trustee at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami.
