About Maryland Federation of Art
The Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to promoting and supporting visual artists in Maryland and beyond. MFA hosts juried exhibitions, open calls, and community events that connect artists with audiences across the region. Among its signature programs is Paint Annapolis, a celebrated plein air painting event now in its 25th year that brings artists and community members together to paint the historic city outdoors. The federation champions accessibility to the arts and provides opportunities for artists at all levels to exhibit and grow their practice.
