The Mass Arts Center is a nonprofit cultural home in Mansfield, Massachusetts, for artists, audiences and aspiring performers of all ages. Formerly the Mansfield Music & Arts Society, it began as a small theater company in 1993 and today runs three branches: the Reservoir Stage, the Morini Art Gallery and the Academy at Mass Arts. Its year-round schedule includes theater productions, concerts, comedy, art exhibitions by local and regional artists, and classes and private lessons. The center relies heavily on volunteers, who staff its productions, ticket office and annual gala, and it draws audiences from across southeastern Massachusetts and neighboring states.
