Brooklyn foundation supporting artists through international residencies, exhibitions, and community arts programs.
The NARS Foundation (New York Art Residency and Studios Foundation) is a Brooklyn-based non-profit that supports emerging and mid-career artists and curators through international residency programs, gallery exhibitions, and public programming. The foundation offers three- and six-month residencies open to both US-based and international artists, creating a shared space for artistic dialogue and cross-cultural exchange. Its Main Gallery and Project Space present contemporary work within an active studio environment, fostering direct dialogue between artists, curators, and audiences. NARS also runs educational outreach initiatives connecting contemporary artists with the South Brooklyn community through hands-on visual arts experiences for youth and families.
