New Rochelle Art Association (NRAA)

The New Rochelle Art Association is a membership organization based in New Rochelle, New York, dedicated to promoting and supporting artists and the visual arts. Founded informally in 1912, it has counted many notable painters, illustrators, and sculptors among its members, including Norman Rockwell and Frederic Remington. The Association's mission is to set an educational standard in the fine arts and broaden interest in art within the community. It has a long history of sponsoring exhibitions, including annual juried shows, and today operates the Lumen Winter Gallery. The NRAA continues its founders' work of bringing art, beauty and quality of life to the New Rochelle community.
