About Northern California Arts, Inc.
Northern California Arts, Inc. (NCA) is a nonprofit arts association based in the Sacramento Valley that supports and promotes fine artists in the region and beyond. NCA hosts the annual Bold Expressions International Open Juried Art Exhibit, one of the Sacramento area's longest-running juried shows now in its 71st year. The organization operates out of the Sacramento Fine Arts Center in Carmichael, California, and organizes exhibitions, member shows, and featured artist programs throughout the year. NCA also participates in community events such as the California State Fair and publishes a regular member newsletter.
