Peters Valley School of Craft is an immersive craft school on a historic campus in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in Layton, New Jersey. Since 1970 it has brought established and emerging artists together, offering studio-based workshops for lifelong learners taught by nationally and internationally recognized artists. Workshops cover blacksmithing, ceramics, fibers and textiles, jewelry and fine metals, printmaking, painting and drawing, fused glass and woodworking. It also runs residencies, an online demonstration series, youth programs and guided craft study trips. The organization operates the Sally D. Francisco Gallery for exhibitions and the Peters Valley Gallery, which sells handmade work by more than 200 makers in person and online. It is developing a satellite campus in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, while keeping its Delaware Water Gap campus.
