Phoebe Journal is a literary journal based at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. It publishes issues of writing and runs a series of interviews and essays by and about its contributors. It accepts submissions, holds contests and sells issues through an online shop.
Through its Incarcerated Writers Project, the journal opens its publishing platform to writers in prisons across the United States. The editors believe that including these voices strengthens the artistic and scholarly community.
