Phoenix Arts District

Phoenix Arts & Innovation District is an 8.5-acre creative district and collaborative campus in North Springfield, Jacksonville, Florida, transforming the neighborhood through art, innovation, and community-driven placemaking. By day, it serves as a hub for production, innovation, and small business growth, housing artists, makers, tech startups, and mission-driven entrepreneurs across five adaptively reused buildings. By night and on weekends, it becomes a vibrant cultural destination for live music, local markets, festivals, and immersive experiences. The district is supported by Friends of PHXJAX, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on arts and culture, sustainability, technology, and financial stability for the community.
