Players Theatre

Players Theatre is a theatre based in New York City that supports the development of original plays and musicals as they work toward an Off-Broadway or New York run. The organization helps bridge the gap between festival readings and a full self-produced run by offering mentorship and a theatre subsidy to creative teams. Players Theatre provides its performance space along with lights, sound, technicians, and box office personnel to support self-producing artists.
