Residencia Corazón

Residencia Corazón is a writing and artist residency based in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, a university city an hour from Buenos Aires and home to UNLP. Since 2006 it has hosted writers, curators, researchers and visual artists from more than 30 countries. The residency welcomes novelists, poets, essayists, playwrights, screenwriters, literary translators and interdisciplinary practitioners, with particular support for literary translators working on Argentine and Latin American literature. Rather than imposing a single way of working, its directors tailor each stay to what the individual writer needs, from solitary focus to close engagement with the local literary scene.
