SNAP Gallery and Printshop

SNAP is a visual arts organization in Edmonton that combines a gallery, an active printmaking studio and a membership community. It runs a robust programming schedule that includes exhibitions, community events, print exchanges and volunteer gatherings. The printshop offers in-person courses in techniques such as woodcut, photo-lithography and photopolymer intaglio. SNAP members receive a discount on courses and can use the presses. SNAP also sells a collection of more than 240 prints and artworks by printmakers, alongside merchandise and stationery. It accepts donations and describes its aim as being an important community resource where people can come as they are and learn something new.
