Soroptimist International of Borrego Springs is a chapter of the global Soroptimist women's organization, dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in the Borrego Springs community. The organization offers monetary scholarships and awards to support education and career goals, alongside targeted programming that helps girls define goals and make education plans. It works to empower women and girls through access to education, one of the most effective ways to address social problems disproportionately affecting them.
Members collaborate on community projects, fundraising events, and initiatives that drive social and economic empowerment.
