The St. Clair Art Association (SCAA) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance the knowledge and appreciation of the visual and performing arts. It promotes public interest in the arts and provides a creative link between arts agencies, artists and community organizations. It operates a consignment gallery where local and regional artists can sell their work, offers art classes, and hosts middle and high school art exhibits. It also produces an annual art fair and seasonal art shows, and its Public Art Committee brings art to the town and its visitors. The association relies on donations, volunteers and sponsors to fund equipment, class supplies, public art projects and scholarships.
