Suffolk Art League

The Suffolk Art League is a community-oriented, nonprofit fine arts organization dedicated to making the arts accessible to Suffolk, Virginia and the greater Hampton Roads region. It offers art classes and youth programs, exhibitions and events, open calls for artists, and community outreach initiatives. The League partners with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts to bring arts education to Virginians, and hosts annual programs such as the Suffolk Plein Air Festival and the Melissa Darden Odom Speaker Series. It is supported by grants from the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, and local foundations and civic organizations.
