A museum celebrating Tampa's 135+ year baseball heritage in Al Lopez's historic Ybor City home.
The Tampa Baseball Museum is located in the former Ybor City home of baseball hall-of-famer Al Lopez, one of Tampa's most celebrated icons. Its mission is to preserve, promote, and celebrate the unique cultural heritage of Ybor City while honoring Tampa's historic role in the game of baseball. Through programs and exhibits, the museum brings over 135 years of baseball history in the Cigar City to life, connecting the community's deep love for the sport across local sandlots and big-league fields.
