The tiny journal is an annual online literary journal, created in 2018, that publishes short nonfiction, fiction and poetry. It believes good literary writing should be accessible to everyone, so all of its publications are entirely online and fee-free. It publishes pieces small enough to be read on a phone screen, on a work break, a bus ride or a walk home. It also runs a craft blog, The Monocle, where interns and editors share writing techniques so that creative writing education reaches beyond the college classroom. The journal aims to feature writers of diverse backgrounds who show how big change starts with little stories.
