University of Toronto art museum uniting two galleries and four nationally significant art collections.
The Art Museum at the University of Toronto is one of the largest gallery spaces for visual art exhibitions and programming in Toronto. It comprises two galleries a few steps apart, the Justina M. Barnicke Gallery at Hart House and the University of Toronto Art Centre at University College, which were federated in 2014. It presents a year-round schedule of exhibitions and events focused on research and scholarship, and is the steward of the Hart House Collection, the Malcove Collection, the UC Collection and the U of T Collection.
