Uudenkuun kirjailijaresidenssi ry is a registered association in Mänttä-Vilppula, Finland, working to establish a residency for children's and young adult literature authors. It was founded in May 2023 as Sulussalmen residenssin ystävät ry and took its current name in May 2026.
For its first years the association worked to renovate a log house built in 1936 at Sulussalmi for residency use. In autumn 2025 a separate house in the centre of Mänttä was acquired for the residency, so that independent living and writing can begin much sooner. The Sulussalmi main building is planned to remain a place for gatherings, courses and writing retreats.
