About We-Che Art Residency
We-Che Art Residency is an independent artist-run residency in Patagonia, Argentina, founded by the artistic duo Raom & Loba. Located on a 2-hectare property near the village of Trevelin in Chubut province, the residency offers private accommodations, shared studios, and access to a rich natural landscape at the foot of the Andes. The program welcomes emerging and established artists and writers from all disciplines, with a special focus on book arts and nature-connected creative practices. We-Che hosts up to 3–4 residents at a time for stays ranging from one week to two months, fostering a small, human-scale community of cross-cultural artistic exchange.
