The event runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm with free admission to the public. Setup is Saturday morning from 6:30am to 9am. Onsite amenities include free bathrooms, free parking, and overnight self-contained stays available for an additional $50 fee. Free artist and trailer parking are provided. The event is limited to 100 booths. Entry fees are $275 if paid before September 29, or $325 if paid after. Artists may apply in up to 2 categories. All artist exhibitor tents must be white (no exceptions). Booth spaces are approximately 10' wide by 10' deep with at least 2 feet between booths. Booth and a half and double booths are available on a limited basis.
This year the event adds two side events: The Taste of Anna Maria on Sunday, March 1 from Noon to 4pm on 59th Street in front of City Field, and an Island Plein Air competition taking place on the block and at local sponsored businesses. Final awards will be presented at 5pm Sunday at City Field Pavilion. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of experts. The focus is on handmade and artist-designed items, though the jury will consider unique and creative gift ideas, authors, inventors, and designers. Emerging artists of all levels are encouraged to apply.
