Project and studio spaces at 160 London Road, Sevenoaks, to occupy immediately on an initial 6 month basis, with the potential to extend long term, subject to review. We are looking for multiple large groups looking for free studio or project spaces. We welcome organisations & groups who are keen to work collaboratively alongside other groups in the building. Several spaces across 3 floors with additional car parking spaces. The building is located next to Sevenoaks station, 26 minutes from London Bridge. The site will be awarded to you for free & in return you will organise some public-facing events alongside your use – these could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices. PLEASE NOTE: We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space & we are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need. The space should be used a minimum of three days a week during your awarded period depending on the type of use.
