About This Call
Amdur Productions presents the 11th Annual Deer Park Art Show, an outdoor fine art and fine craft show held at Deer Park Town Center in Deer Park, Illinois, approximately 37 miles north and west of Chicago. The show takes place over a spring weekend and features approximately 70 artist spaces.
Artists keep all sales income from the show. Amdur Productions provides on-site staff support throughout the festival, easy drive-up load-in on Saturday morning, booth sitting assistance, reserved artist parking at no additional cost, and overnight security. Tent and equipment rentals are available for additional fees. The festival includes a comprehensive marketing plan with newspaper, radio, poster, social media, and direct mail promotion.
All artwork must be original work created by the accepted artist(s) and must be for sale. Artists must be present during all festival hours. All work displayed must be in the accepted category only. White tents are required, and all tables must be skirted to the ground. Multiples and reproductions (up to 500 numbered and signed editions) are allowed. AI-created art is permitted if clearly identified as such.

Rules and regulations
- All artwork submitted to jury, displayed and presented for sale must be created, designed and made or made under the direct supervision of the accepted artist(s). All artwork shown must be for sale.
- An artist may apply in more than one category, but not twice in the same category.
- Jewelry created through fabrication and casting is allowed if the original casts are made by the artist. No commercial casts/molds allowed.
- Photography/Digital art: original work made by the hands of the photographer is allowed; all printing must be done by the photographer or under their supervision.
- Art collaborators (up to two artists in total) producing a single body of work qualify as an exhibitor; must be noted on the application and work signed by both.
- No work made solely by apprentices or employees is allowed. All artwork must be made in the country the artist resides in.
- Buy/sell items are strictly prohibited.
- Multiples: limited editions up to 500, numbered and signed, are allowed as original work; reproductions may be displayed on up to 10 linear feet of booth.
- AI-created art is accepted when clearly identified as such; the applying artist must be the AI art's "author" and must attend in person if selected.
- Accepted artists must be present during all festival hours.
- White tents only; all tables must be skirted to the ground.
Booth information and fees
- 12' Wide by 10' Deep Exhibit Space Fee: $550
- 20' Wide by 10' Deep Exhibit Space Fee: $1,100
- Corner Fee Upgrade: additional $100
- Double and corner spaces may be requested but are not guaranteed
- Tents must be white, able to withstand wind and rain, and weighted at least 50 pounds per leg
Refund and cancellation policy
Application fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the Event and Artist Manager. If an artist cancels on or before April 1, 2027, they receive a refund of amounts paid toward the booth, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds after April 1, 2027. Credits toward another 2027 Amdur Productions festival may be transferred for a $125 fee.
Jury details
- Average number of applications submitted each year: 100
- Average number of artists selected from the jury: 65
- Average number exempt from jury and invited: 10
- Jurors score applications on a 1–7 scale, viewed on a computer monitor, scoring separately from various locations
- A single jury panel scores applications for all medium categories
