Requirements
All entries must be completed online through CaFÈ; a free account at callforentry.org is required. A nonrefundable $35 entry fee is required at the time of application. Submit 1 to 3 images (high-resolution, 300 dpi) for the jury process. All artwork must be for sale, with correct prices in your CaFE portfolio (no price changes once entered). All 2-dimensional works must be properly framed with a wire for hanging securely attached to the back — absolutely no sawtooth hangers.
All accepted work must have a label securely attached to the back (2D) or base (3D) with Artist Name / Title of Art / Price.
Artists must meet ONE of the following: U.S. Military Veteran (all branches); Active Duty / Reserve / National Guard; Military Family Member; Civilian artist created work addressing military or veteran themes. All media accepted (2D, 3D, ceramics, sculpture, photography, mixed media, etc.). Work must be original. Work must be exhibition-ready. Open to visual artists 18 years and older residing in the continental US. Artists may submit up to 3 works that have not been previously exhibited at Artspiration Frederick. All entries must be for sale. Submission limit: 1 application; you may submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration; up to 3 may be selected.
