About the Market
The Arlington Arts Council Holiday Bazaar will be held at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club gym from 10 am to 5 pm on November 14.
Booth is $60 for members and $75 for non-members for a 10'x10' space in the gym. Vendors will need to provide their own gridwalls if needed for display and/or separation from other booths.
The deadline on Entrythingy is the 11/6/26, but you will likely know whether you're accepted within two weeks of applying.
Submission Guidelines
- Number of pieces: 1 - 4
- Only one entry per artist
- Maximum file size: 50MB per image
- Accepted file types: JPG, PNG
Eligibility and Market Policies
This market is open to those who are 18 and older. No manufactured/resold goods are accepted; products sold must be made by the artist. Previous artists need not be juried in, but please still upload photos so we can advertise on social media. Do not send booth fee until you've been accepted.
In the photo submissions, please include a photo of your booth setup if you have one.
Setup: Friday, November 13, setup will be 5 pm to 8 pm. Saturday setup will begin at 7:00 am to be set up and ready to go at 10am.
Security: The Boys and Girls Club Gym will be locked up Saturday night if you wish to leave product at your booth overnight. The AAC and the City of Arlington are not responsible for any stolen or damaged merchandise. We urge you to carry your own insurance to cover any potential loss.

Terms of Entry
- Individual vendors are encouraged to insure their personal works against loss or damage. The artist(s) participating in the show agree to hold harmless the Arlington Arts Council, along with the board members, and any representatives, from any liability from the event on November 13-14, 2026.
- Display only art produced by the applicant(s), includes a spouse. Cards and prints OK. Please, no AI-generated artwork.
- Be responsible for your own sales, collecting and reporting of sales tax.
- Vendors will provide their own tables, tablecloths, and displays, along with what is needed to do the show. Early teardowns are not allowed.
