Requirements
Apply online through CaFE only. Create a free CaFE account, populate your CaFE portfolio with images and information, and follow all instructions for each entry including answering all required survey questions for each piece. Artists MUST submit a minimum of TWO pieces for consideration; a maximum of FOUR entries per artist is permitted. Each entry is allowed only ONE image OR video file (3D artists may submit a short video showing all sides of the work); if more than one view is wanted, submit a composite image. All entry images must be of the actual piece in its finished stage — no plans, sketches or unfinished work, and no pieces 'similar to' the one to be entered. Images must not carry information identifying the artist. Entry fee $45 for two entries; a third and fourth entry may be submitted for an additional $10 each (2 entries $45, 3 entries $55, 4 entries $65). Entry fee is non-refundable.
All artists must be Washington State or Oregon residents and 18 years of age or older as of August 18, 2026. Entries must be original and entirely the work of the entrant; copies of existing artworks, master copies, derivative works, or works solely based on copyrighted artworks are not eligible and will be withdrawn. Work created under the supervision of an instructor is NOT eligible and will be withdrawn — this includes art made in high school or college classes, professional development instruction, or any workshop. Artists may not submit work that has been invited into any previous CVG Juried Show (work submitted previously but not invited is eligible to be submitted again). All work submitted must have been completed on or AFTER Jan 1, 2022. AI-generated artwork is not accepted. Work must not carry information identifying the artist — crop, cover or blur signatures.
